produce is flawless . The supplier adject was crass. no mention of a substantial added cost with custom duties . Should have been calculated before order was finalized. partially my fault for not asking but definitely should have been made aware of before hand
    • never resive my rotatory motor! shows to be delivery in Laredo texas somewhere, • could get a hold of the carrrier or the seller • poor comunication • they stop replying to my messages and emails. • keep pushing my ithem back for 3 times each with a 2-3 week delay on top of the days that my ithem was even delay • I would never recommend to buy from them,

    After receiving the payment, I prepared the goods the next day and sent them out on the sixth day. Due to the trade tariff war between China and the US, the goods can only be sent by sea. The customer has also agreed to this. He said I was delaying. Please tell me where the delay occurred. The customer made a mistake by getting the wrong model of the excavator, and thus purchased the wrong parts. However, he asked me to compensate for one. I don't agree. He deliberately gave a bad rating. I said he should buy a new one that's correct. I offered him a discount, but he didn't agree.
